An award winning and long-standing vehicle body shop company is seeking a Bodyshop Manager to be responsible for handling a range of managerial duties such as customer service, repair oversight, inspection, performance tracking, and other tasks. The Bodyshop Manager will have excellent leadership, communication, IT, and commercial skills with the ability to deliver within a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor incoming repair work efficiently to maximise financial opportunity
- Inspect repair work to ensure adherence to estimate and company quality standards
- Oversee repair process, enforcing safety policies and procedures
- Provide coaching and feedback to all staff to improve skills
- Motivate team by communicating goals, acknowledging strong performance, and fostering positivity
- Handle customer inquiries, issues, and status updates professionally
- Track key performance indicators like cycle time and customer satisfaction
- Fill in for General Manager as required
Knowledge, skills and qualifications required:
- Excellent team leadership experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and be able to deliver on commercial forecasts
- Good IT skills, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs
- The ability to deliver within a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Salary: circa £50,000 + bonus (OTE £60k-£65k)
