An innovative fintech firm is looking for a Customer Service Associate to join their supportive and outgoing customer service team to provide a first-class consumer experience. Ideally, the Customer Service Associate will have excellent communication skills, have previously worked in a similar environment, and have strong IT skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing of quotes and orders on the CRM system 
  • Answering queries and resolving complaints
  • Following up on delayed orders, ensuring the customers are always fully updated
  • Communicating effectively with all internal departments
  • Updating the internal ERP system

 

Knowledge, skills and qualifications required:

Essential:

  • Supportive and friendly customer centric attitude
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to effectively deal with difficult and complex telephone conversations whilst remaining calm
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • A positive and self-motivated attitude
  • Ability to work closely within a team

 

Desirable:

  • Prior customer service experience, ideally telephone based
  • Automotive finance knowledge (training provided)

 

Salary: £22,000 to £25,000 DOE
