An Electrical Engineer is needed at growing SME in the Building Services sector. The Electrical Engineer will be installing, fault-finding, and other engineering work on control panels and equipment for a multitude of companies including major household names. Electrical Engineers need to have a Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) or time-served with strong technical skills. It is highly desirable that Electrical Engineers also have cross-trained in gas, mechanical, HVAC or welding and have suitable experience. For the right Electrical Engineer, training will be provided. Our client is eager to get candidates onboard with a strong “can-do” attitude and team spirit.

  • Electrical installations, maintenance and repair
  • Fixed wire testing
  • Control panel installation and repair
  • Work on both installation projects and small works
  • Fault finding on complicated control system panels
  • Installing power distribution, field control cabling and containment


Knowledge, skills and qualifications required:


  • Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) or time served
  • 17th or 18th Edition
  • Strong Technical Skills
  • Experience with fault-finding



  • 2391 Inspection and Testing
  • Experience with a range of HVAC, controls and industrial installations
  • Gas qualifications and experience with boilers and associated pipework
  • Piping Fitter or fabricator
  • Mechanical experience
  • HVAC experience
  • Qualified in TIG Welding


Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 DOE + OT
