Electrician - Doncaster - DN1 - DN41

A large and successful lighting solutions provider in the UK is seeking Electricians to carry out electrical maintenance and small installation works for their customers in the retail sector. The Electrician will have completed a time served apprenticeship, have completed relevant electrotechnical certification and have experienced working in a similar environment/role. The Electrician will be provided with a van, career progression, additional training, and overtime opportunities are available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a complete assessment of electrical systems
• Carry out risk assessments and method statements to ensure health & safety is met
• Carry out planned & reactive electrical maintenance on commercial buildings
• Ensure electrical systems are fully compliant and working effectively
• Carry out electrical testing, PAT Tests, Electrical Installation Condition Reports and electrical safety overviews

Knowledge, skills and qualifications required:

• Completed a time served level apprenticeship in electrical engineering or equivalent
• Have a diploma in electrotechnical services and installation or equivalent
• Good organisation, time management and people skills
• Have proven experience working as an electrician in a commercial environment
• Have a UK driving licence

Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 DOE with additional OTE bonuses of 5k+
