A long standing and reputable company specialising in providing safe and serviced accommodation is seeking an Executive Housekeeper provide managerial oversight of the housekeepers to ensure a high standard of operation of the department. The Executive Housekeeper will have a strong background in housekeeping including 5 years supervising others. In addition, will have a UK driving licence and excellent soft skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment and supervision of both internal & external housekeeping resources
- Train, develop and monitor housekeepers regarding cleaning techniques & standards, COSH, Health and Safety
- Audit housekeeping and cleaning standards to ensure high standards
- Audit and report on apartments and houses to ensure all is in good order
- Monitor and collate health and safety compliance records
- Organise and schedule housekeepers, and optimise efficiency of schedules
Knowledge, skills and qualifications required:
- Have a minimum 8 years in housekeeping duties including 5 years in the supervision of others
- Have a UK driving licence
- Excellent communication, people management, and time management skills
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE
