Flight Instructor - LL11 - LL78

An aircrew training company is seeking a Flight Instructor to instruct trainee pilots and ensure training delivery is provided to the highest level. The Flight Instructor will have either previous military experience as a B1 or higher, FW qualified, or to a civilian equivalent. The Flight Instructor will also have excellent instruction and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct relevant aspects of the flight syllabus
• Ensure training is delivered to the agreed training schedule
• Assessment of all trainee pilots throughout their training
• Complete timely and accurate documentation for all assessed events
• Responsible for making recommendations to the Chief Pilot for any courseware changes
• Uphold partnering behaviours and participate in events as required
• Uphold adherence to the Health, Safety & Environmental Polices and Air Safety responsibilities

Knowledge, skills and qualifications:

Essential:

• Previous military experience as a B1 or higher FW Qualified Flying Instructor, or civilian equivalent
• Computer fluency to include Windows, Microsoft Office Suite and Explorer
• Great communication skills
• Strong understanding of health and safety

Desirable:

• Experience as a Military BFT QFI or Ground Instructor
• Recent relevant Military front line experience
