A growing investment company for small businesses is seeking a General Manager to work on the day-to-day management and implementation of the Company’s strategy to its’ projects. The General Manager will be given full freedom to ensure business success. The General Manager will have strong leadership skills, high emotional intelligence, good people management, and have previous managerial skills exceeding high level goals or targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the costings, internal processes and make improvements in areas such as customer service and business practices
  • Plan and implement project quarterly goals
  • Take over any ongoing issues within projects and successful solve them
  • Meet with owner twice a week to discuss ongoing projects

 

Knowledge, skills and qualifications:

Essential:

  • Have strong business understanding and have proven operations experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and IT skills
  • Good people management, able to handle a high-pressure environment, forward thinker
  • Have empathy, is personable, outgoing, creative and a good listener

 

Salary:            

£30,000 - £40,000, depending on success salary may increase further.
