Installation Engineer - CV1 - CV47

A sector leader in security systems is seeking an Installation Engineer to join their team. Installation Engineers should have some installation experience and be safe around electrics. Installation Engineer also need a full, clean driver’s licence and the flexibility to work away from home during the week. Installation Engineers will have room to grow and be offered training in Desirable areas listed below.

Responsibilities:

• Installation, testing and servicing of electronic perimeter security systems
• Working outside in all weathers alongside a Senior Installation Engineer
• Fault finding / diagnostics
• Equipment retrofits / upgrades
• Prepare and maintain records of completed work
• Offer excellent customer service on every job

Knowledge, skills and qualifications required:

Essential:

• Full and clean driving license
• Electrical installation experience
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

• Ability to pass Security Clearance checks
• Flexible with overnight stays

Desirable:

• Experience or understanding of wiring alarm/security systems
• CSCS Card
• Basic understanding of electronics
• IPAF
• First Aid at Work

Salary:

• £27,000 to £38,000 DOE
