Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a number of female military and police training professionals to expand their resumes and join a dedicated team delivering training in the Middle East which they hope to deploy first week of September 2021 and finish mid-Jan 2022 (dates to be confirmed).

 

All applicants must have extensive training experience within the military, police or law enforcement. Proven experience in lesson plan development and delivery, mentoring, evaluation and assessment.

 

 

Knowledge, skills and qualifications required:

  • Have extensive training experience within the military, police or other law enforcement.
  • Proven experience in lesson plan development and delivery, mentoring, evaluation and assessment.
  • Have strong people skills
  • Be physically fit as this will be a physically demanding role
  • Either be trained in drills, weapons, physical training, self-defence or swimming (see below)

 

Additional specifics required for each role:

 

Drill Instructor - All Arms Drill Instructor

 

Weapons Instructor - All Arms Skill at Arms; Police Firearms Trainer or Civilian Firearms Instructor Qualification

 

Physical Training Instructor - Physical Training Instructor qualification

 

Self Defence Instructor - either of the following qualifications - Public Safety & Public Order Instructor; BTEC Level 3 Self Defence Trainer; Award in Police Self Defence and Control and Restraint; Certified Self Defence Instructor Course; Professional Level 3 Self Defence Instructor Certificate; Level 3 Personal Safety; Security and Self Defence Certificate; Professional Level 5 Diploma in Personal Safety; Security and Self Defence or Diploma in Self Defence

 

Swimming Instructor - Level 2 Swimming Teacher and National Pool Lifeguard Qualification
