A property development company based near London Bridge is seeking an experience PA/Office Manager with HR and financial experience to support colleagues and the Director. The Office Manager will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Office Manager. The Office Manager will need to use initiative and leadership skills to pre-empt and find solutions for the related responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the PA with processing invoices, expense claims and raising invoices and credit notes
- Set up efficient practices for the business and staff, conduct training and implement new practices
- Assist Director with all business-related matters as and when required
- Assisting with staff management
- Produce staff target reports each week
- Compile monthly income/outgoing reports
- Liaise with solicitors on various matters if needed
- Provide IT and telephony support to all members of staff
- Assist with the recruitment of new staff members
- Deal with HR and Health and Safety related matters of staff and office
- Instruct payroll additions and amendments
- Any other ad-hoc duties as requested by the Director
Knowledge, skills and qualifications required:
Essential:
- Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working as an Office Manager
- Be a proficient user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook)
- Be able to apply discretion in confidential matters
- Be trustworthy and loyal, polite, hardworking, and presentable
- Have a flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Have strong communication and organisational skills
- Be confident, proactive, and efficient
- Hold a full clean UK driving licence
- Have an interest/experience in the property sector
Hours: 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday
Salary: £27k-£30k + benefits
