Our client, based in Central London, is seeking a Personal Driver / Assistant to support the principal and some of their company’s operations in and out of the office. The Personal Driver / Assistant will have previous experience working in a similar role in a professional environment, have a clean UK driving licence, and have confidence driving in the UK and abroad. In addition, the Personal Driver / Assistant will be discreet, professional, presentable, proactive and calm under pressure as well as have strong communication, organisational, and IT skills. Flexibility with travelling and working hours will be needed for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide safe, professional driving support when required, with punctuality and good judgement
- Coordinate and prepare daily lunches to a high standard
- Maintain an orderly, professional workplace environment: meeting rooms, kitchen areas, supplies, and day-to-day readiness
- Oversee facilities and maintenance tasks, including managing contractors and ensuring work is completed properly and promptly
- Manage stock, deliveries, and supplies, keeping the office consistently “inspection ready”
- Execute practical tasks and minor fixes where appropriate, with a hands-on attitude and pride in workmanship
- Maintain simple checklists and routines so the office runs consistently, even when the day becomes busy
- Carry out errands and practical tasks with speed, discretion, and attention to detail
- Maintain high standards of conduct and presentation at all times
Knowledge, skills and qualifications required:
- Previous experience working in a similar role in a professional environment
- Strong communication, organisation and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail, presentable, highly professional, reliable, and discreet
- Is hands-on and has strong problem-solving skills
- Proactive, adaptable and calm under pressure, being able to plan and prioritise daily tasks
- Comfortable taking ownership independently while staying aligned with the firm’s priorities and standards
- Be able to assist colleagues and coordinate with any third parties
- Have a clean and current UK driving licence and be confident driving in London and abroad
- Good IT skills and able to maintain written records
- UK or EU Passport
- Comfortable around dogs
- Flexibility over working hours
- Able to travel for extended periods abroad (sometimes up to 3 months at a time)
Salary: circa £50,000 (depending on exp.)
