A Project Manager is needed at a well-established company dealing with solutions in physical security. The Project Manager will manage installations from beginning through to completion, including completing site surveys, liaising with clients and ordering supplies. Project Managers will need a basic understanding of construction and site Health and Safety. Primarily office-based, the Project Manager will still need a full and clean UK Driver’s Licence to visit sites.

  • Managing installations, from the point of the customer placing an order, through to completion
  • Site survey - measuring up and producing drawings for client sign off/approval
  • Placement of orders for products and materials
  • Organising/managing subcontract installation teams
  • Producing sign off documentation and O&M manuals
  • Handing project to accounts for invoicing and approving applicable incoming invoices
  • Data input to CRM system and filing of project information
  • Liaising with client at various points in the process Arranging warranty work and returns in the event of a faulty product


Knowledge, skills and qualifications required:


  • Basic construction knowledge
  • Basic understanding of site Health & Safety
  • Full and clean UK Driving Licence and able to travel
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Personable, presentable and articulate
  • Reasonable IT skills and literacy



  • Previous experience working in a similar role would be an advantage


Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 DOE

Hours: 7:00am – 17:00pm (30-minute lunch break)
