Project Manager - CM0 - CM77

£40,000 - £45,000 + benefits

An ambitious and growing company that specialises in bespoke joinery is seeking a Project Manager to provide quotes for all its’ services and ensure their projects are delivered on time to a high quality. The Project Manager will need to work in a team and have strong leadership skills to bring people, ideas and resources together in order for the company to succeed. The Project Manager will have previous experience either in events, manufacturing, furniture, fitting or carpentry sectors, have a great eye for detail and excellent people skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide service and delivery, getting tasks done in an orderly and scheduled way
  • Look after and communicate with clients on a day-to-day basis
  • Deliver a high-quality service, centred around communication and processes
  • An ability to communicate changes from clients to the design and workshop team as well as suppliers on specification, cost and time
  • Ignite passion within the team and lead by example
  • Liaise with team members and suppliers regarding materials, processes and scheduling
  • Provide a complete quoting process for all services
  • Enable smooth running of projects

 

Person Specification:

  • Previous experience in project management within the events, manufacturing, furniture, fitting or carpentry 
  • Good understanding of joinery and manufacture techniques
  • Knowledge of materials and finishes within high end joinery
  • Experience in quoting for joinery projects
  • Able to work with minimal supervision and be able to self-motivate
  • Good eye for detail
  • Must have a ‘can-do’ and winning attitude

 

Salary:

£40,000 to £45,000 DOE
