A long standing and reputable company specialising in providing safe and serviced accommodation is seeking a Property Manager to manage a portfolio of over 100 residential properties. The Property Manager will have a full driving licence, previous experience in either property management or similar, have proven experience handing difficult situations, and is able to work under pressure. The Property Manager will also have great communication, numeracy, and organisation skills in addition to having a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination of property maintenance
- Administration of health and safety, risk assessments, gas, electrical, water checks
- Organising the maintenance and refurbishment of properties
- Liaising with contractors commissioned for repairs, safety checks and refurbishments.
- Liaising with Landlords regarding their property’s maintenance and recharges
- Administration of property related bills, licences & subscriptions
- Administration Property lease renewals
- Administration of operational KPI’s
Knowledge, skills and qualifications required:
- Have minimum 2 years work experience in Property Management
- Have proven ability to handle difficult situations
- Have a full UK driver licence
- Great communication, numeracy, and organisation skills
- Has strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
