Sales Consultant - WD3 - WD25

An established international Education Technology company is seeking an enthusiastic, focused and passionate Sales Consultant to join their rapidly growing company and busy head office. This is a perfect opportunity for the Sales Consultant to take their career to the next level and bring their experience to the table while managing and supporting senior management build a department over a minimum three-year plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Making effective outbound consultative sales calls
• Closing sales through opening relationships with new clients
• Managing own sales pipeline
• Achieving individual sales targets
• CRM management (Infusionsoft)
• Demonstrating and presenting products
• Attending conferences and meetings
• Reviewing sales performance with management weekly
• Negotiating contracts and packages
• Aiming to achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Knowledge, skills and qualifications:

Essential:

• Willing to be coached and trained
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be confident and have a professional telephone manner
• Have good organisation and time management skills
• Have the ability to work as an Individual and part of a team
• Be able to work in a fast-moving environment while being adaptable in a highly rapidly growing company

Salary:

• £26,500 - £30,000 DOE, realistic earning potential £50,000 - £60,000 + benefits

• Uncapped personal commission
• 37.5-hours per week. Hybrid working with 4 days office-based, one day from home
