Security Engineer - N1 - N22

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a hard-working, driven, and enthusiastic Security Engineer to join our client’s highly successful and ever expanding team based in London.

Applications from suitably qualified ex-military personnel (Royal Air Force, Royal Navy, British Army, Royal Marines) will be particularly relevant for this position but other qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, maintenance and servicing works on a range of Access Control, CCTV & Alarm systems
• Liaise with the Project Manager & Planner for scheduling of work and production of completion paperwork
• Visit customer’s premises and active construction sites to carry out installation and maintenance work
• Site surveys
• Fault finding call outs
• Contribute to improving projects as required
• Attend out of hours/weekend work as required
• Raise and review any operational issues within the Engineering team/PM
• Based from home, you will be expected to travel across London and the South East
• Attend training as required for unfamiliar products/systems

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Extensive experience working as an Access Control/CCTV & Alarm Engineer
• Part P would be an advantage but not a requirement
• Current CSCS card
• Full valid UK driving licence
• Ability to attend out of hours/weekend call outs when required
• Positive, enthusiastic and flexible attitude
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team
