A multi award-winning construction waterproofing near High Wycombe is seeking a Skilled Labourer to work in a dedicated team and install specified systems for their customers mostly in the Cotswolds, Oxford and London. The Skilled Labourer will have previous construction and site labouring experience, is able to work well in a team, and have a current CSCS card. In addition the Skilled Labourer will be able to pass a DBS check, have a UK driving licence, be in good physical health and is able to travel to customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Forward thinking and planning around materials and tools required for projects
- Punctuality to site and time management during the day
- Installation and application of waterproofing systems, damp proofing systems and timber treatments
- Quality control of works
- Health and safety compliance
- Reporting of progress via App and communication with operative team and contracts department
- Professionalism and respect towards clients and colleagues
- Showing initiative and problem solving on site
- Attention to detail, tenacity and pride in work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Do other duties when required such as hacking off plaster, breaking concrete, and digging sump chambers, channels
Knowledge, skills and qualifications:
Essential:
- Current CSCS card
- Previous construction and site experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Pass a basic DBS check
- Living within an accessible distance of Henley-on-Thames
- Understanding of construction sequencing
- Good Health & Safety awareness
- Be in good physical health with the ability to load/unload materials manually
- Be able to travel to customer sites across the UK (accommodation provided for nights away)
Desirables:
- PASMA
- First Aid
- Asbestos awareness
- Previous experience in renovation projects
- Have either basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical skills
