Technical Services Director - RH1 - RH20

A company specialising in maintaining and optimising smoke control systems is seeking a Technical Services Director to provide leadership and direction to a team of technicians to ensure maintenance and servicing is at a high level. The Technical Services Director will have extensive technical experience in smoke control or ventilation, have a strong track record in leadership, and have excellent customer relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and direction to a team of technicians
• Foster a culture of excellence and accountability
• Oversee maintenance and servicing of smoke control systems
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and client specifications
• Utilise technical expertise to troubleshoot complex issues and provide innovative solutions
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver exception service
• Maintain a keen focus on QA and all service offerings
• Manage projects efficiently and exceed customer expectations

• Have extensive technical experience and proficiency in smoke control systems
• Proven track record in a leadership role with exceptional team-building skills

Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 DOE
