A company that provides commissioning and qualification services to the pharmaceutical industry across the UK, Ireland and Europe are seeking a Validation Engineer to deliver commissioning, qualification and validation services to the Pharma, Medical Device and Biotech industry. The Validation Engineer will need a Technical (Scientific or Engineering) background and/or qualification and experience of Pharmaceutical or similarly regulated environment. The Validation Engineer will also need a driving license and a willingness to travel and work away from home.

Key Responsibilities:
- Following a protocol to execute data logging tests on equipment
- Understanding of Critical data logging measurements such as pressure measurement, temperature measurement
- Wiring, instrument wiring and connection to data logger
- Fault finding on the data logging equipment and software
- Data analysis of the Thermal and Pressure data
- Calculations based on data analysis
- Data presentation and report
Knowledge, skills and qualifications:
Essential:
- Technical (Scientific or Engineering) background and/or qualification
- Experience of Pharmaceutical or similarly regulated environment
- Driving license, willingness to travel and work away from home
Desirable:
- Experience with thermal validation, VPHP, Critical Utilities (full training offered)
Salary:
- £40,000 to £45,000 DOE
- Higher salary negotiated for Senior Validation Engineers
